Now a days the Gadget which has been most talked about is a TABLET PC. Apple was the First to launch this race and but a new compitotor has rised to challenge and possibly over throw Apple's current reign as market leader, I think you might have guessed it by now, Yes! i am talking about SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB. Lets check out and review what this TAB has to offer....
DESIGN:-
When i first got my hand on this device I must say its a preety handsome device, the design is simple and classy, the combination of black and white simply works for the TAB, It has 7 inch display surrounded by a thick deepsea black border which is about half inch in thickness to have a better grip in hand.
If front there are virtual touch sensitive keys, front facing camera, and ambient light sensor which are quite difficutly to spot in dark if back light is turned off never the lesss it is not to be complianed about. On the right hand side of the device there lies volume control and screen lock, while on top lies power ON/OFF switches, while in middle lies SIM CARD & micro SD card. The sim card can be inserted while the device is operational but while doing so the device automatically detects Sim Card and restart.
On top also lies the head phone jack, i wish SAMSUNG had give audio jack at the bottom, well at bottom like 2 stero speakers near the edges. On the back side we also find a 3 Megapixels camera lens near top left corner with single flash LED. The battery is sealed inside and non-user replacable, which i think is the downside of the product.
WEB BROWSING:-
There were nothing but praises when i first used web browser in Andriod on this device. It was the fastest browser that i had ever exprienced( i must say its even faster the i Pad), with Adobe Flash 10.1 support, this is really best in the business.
MULTIMEDIA:-
The Galaxy Tab is equipped with 2 camera while I pad has only rear cam. The front face cam is of 1.3 Megapixels and is specilly dedicated to videocalls or if you wanna take snaps of yourself, While the rear cam is of 3 Megapixels has autofocus and led flash.. Believe me if you got this device the picture quality is so good that you wont feel the need to even touch your cam.... The rear cam also shoot HD video which is better quality as compared to still images.. the only draw back in this is that while shooting a video you feel holding old school SLATE in your hand... other wise i would give 2 thumbs up..
